Polo Fields neighborhood was one of the first neighborhoods
in the Reston "High Tech Corridor". The land was originally
enjoyed as a polo field; hence the neighborhood's name is based on actual
historical activity. The Polo Fields community consists of 386 homes.
The surrounding land hosts parks, soccer fields, basketball courts, tot
lots, tennis courts and more! Polo Fields is a member of the Reston Community
and has access to all Reston ammenities. Reston community members are
entitled to visit any swimming pool in the Reston area, as well as having
access to camps and community center activities. All Reston neighborhoods
are governed by the home owner's association and Reston bylaws. There
are multiple neighborhood activities throughout the year. The picture
to the left is the 2002 Halloween parade.
